I'm a movement coach, teacher, and lifelong student of the body.

For the last 8 years, I’ve taught handstands, flexibility, and mobility to people all over the world — online and in person. My work is grounded in presence, precision, and the belief that movement is a lifelong practice, not a performance.

I don’t teach to impress. I teach to connect — with the body, with breath, and with the rhythm of consistent practice.

This space isn’t about quick wins or flashy tricks. It’s for people who want to slow down, listen in, and build strength and awareness that lasts.
