I am a coach currently based in south east London.

I work one-to-one with a limited number of clients in person and online, so I am able to commit to and provide the level of energy and service to ensuring you achieve your goals as well as realise the true strength and capability of your body and mind.

By focusing on fundamental movement patterns and cultivating body awareness, I ensure my clients master the basics before progressing onto intermediate and advanced movement patterns and exercises.

I can help you with flexibility, rehab, injury prevention, strength training, handstand and other skills and most importantly help you improve your body awareness.

When we work together one-on-one you will gain a deep and lasting knowledge, awareness and connection with your body whilst reducing the risks of injuries and realising your true potential.

    I am committed to providing you with the best tools possible to embark on your fascinating journey toward bodyweight mastery and all of the other advanced flexibility skills commonly used in gymnastics.

    My approach has been proven to help those who train with me improve their overall body awareness, mental health, and physical confidence. My aim is to teach my students how to live and move better, stay injury free, and most importantly, feel stronger in their body, whatever their sport, practice, or hobby may be.

    With years of experience in movement, handbalance, flexibility, and physical coaching, and now through my studies in osteopathy, I continue to deepen my knowledge of the body, movement, injury prevention, pain management, and long-term physical health.

    Over the years, I have worked with people from many different backgrounds, including those with severe injury histories such as frozen shoulders, spinal injuries, long-term pain, and movement limitations. Through my training and approach, I help my students understand their body better, manage pain and injuries more effectively, and rebuild confidence in the way they move.

    I treat each student as a whole and provide them with the exercises, guidance, and support they need to enhance their physical and mental performance.

    It is important to determine what you want to achieve through our partnership whether you are an acrobatic performer, a calisthenics fanatic, someone that wants to achieve the splits or just want to improve overall flexibility and mobility, or a handstand enthusiast. During our first session we will set short-term goals based on your current level, as well as create a specific program for you to achieve your long-term goals.

    Through our interaction I will provide you with:

    • weekly routine training program, if needed;

    • homework and videos you can refer to when training on your own.

    • Body awareness guaranteed.

    Pay as you go and block of hours available.

    1 hour: £100.00

    8 hours: £760.00

    10 hours: £900.00

    20 hours: £1,600.00
