Expectations goals
I am committed to providing you with the best tools possible to embark on your fascinating journey toward bodyweight mastery and all of the other advanced flexibility skills commonly used in gymnastics.
It is important to determine what you want to achieve through our partnership whether you are an acrobatic performer, a calisthenics fanatic, someone that wants to achieve the splits or just want to improve overall flexibility and mobility, or a handstand enthusiast. During our first session we will set short-term goals based on your current level, as well as create a specific program for you to achieve your long-term goals.
Through our interaction I will provide you with:
weekly routine training program, if needed;
weekly video critiques;
homework and videos you can refer to when training on your own.
